SAN JOSE, Calif.— The San José State women's tennis team will play its match against Nevada from the Spartan Tennis Complex on Monday, April 13, at 1:00 p.m. instead of Sunday, April 12, as originally scheduled due to inclement weather in the forecast.

  • In the Spartans' last matchup against Nevada, they fell short in a tight 4-3 loss. 
  • Emma Fantousis and Soledad Fayos Capilla each won in three sets in their singles matches to contribute to the Spartans' score. 
  • In the 2023-24 season, the Spartans defeated the Wolves, 4-0, with a straight-set win from Duru Durgun in singles. 
  • Durgun is 9-5 in singles dual play and is 3-2 in conference play. 
  • Fantousis has a singles dual play record of 8-6 and is 3-2 in conference play.
