Two Spartans Earn ACWPC All-American Honors

IRVINE, Calif.—For the second consecutive year, two San José State women’s water polo players, Darcy Spark and Bridget Cranley earned All-America honors from the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches for the 2026 season.

Spark received third team honors, while Cranley earned honorable mention honors. Both were honorable mention selections in 2026.

  • Finished 2026 with 92 goals, the fourth-highest total in a season in school history
  • Second Team Delfina All-MPSF selection
  • Fifth all-time at San José State in career goals scored with 211
  • Scored three or more goals in 15 matches
  • Season-high eight goals in a win over Pomona Pitzer
  • Added seven goals against Azusa Pacific, Fresno State and Cal State Monterey Bay
  • Scored her 200th career goal against Azusa Pacific
