SAN JOSE, Calif. – Audrey McElmurry and SJSU’s 4x100 relay team consisting of Zoe Ewell, Nakai Johnson, Vivienne Magu and Sharli’e McCuller have qualified for the NCAA West Prelims. McElmurry qualified in the women’s triple jump.
The NCAA West Prelims will take place in Fayetteville, Arkansas from May 27-30.
McElmurry and the 4x100 team had standout performances last weekend at the 2026 Mountain West Outdoor Track & Field Championships. They were all also named All-Mountain West.
McElmurry secured second place in the women’s triple jump with a mark of 12.89m (42’ 3 ½”), earning her the number six spot in the San José State record book for the event. The women's 4x100 team claimed third place in the Championships with a time of 45.09.
