SAN JOSE, Calif.—Five San José State beach volleyball players were honored as Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic Scholar-Athletes for the 2026 season.
The Spartans just finished competing in the MPSF for the first season.
To be eligible for the award, student-athletes had to have a 3.00 or better cumulative grade-point average, be a sophomore academically, completed one academic year before the current season and competed in 50 percent or more of the team’s contests during the season.
