LAS VEGAS - San José State women's soccer players Paige Fry, Paige Pineda-Aliamus and Indigo Sims have been named to the 2026 Mountain West Women's Soccer Watch List as announced by the conference on Wednesday afternoon.
The 2026 MW Women’s Soccer Watch List was voted on and selected by the conference’s head coaches as the 33 players to keep an eye on for the upcoming season.
This marks the second nomination for Fry and the first for both Pineda-Aliamus and Sims.
Paige Fry, Jr., GK, Fort Collins, Colo., Sam Houston State
- Played in 17 games last season, starting 14 of them
- Finished the season with 88 saves overall, third in conference
- 53 saves in Mountain West play, third in conference
- 2-for-2 in penalty saves last season
Paige Pineda-Aliamus, Sr., Fr, Fremont, Calif., City College of San Francisco
- Mountain West All-Newcomer Team (2025)
- Played in and started all 18 games last season
- Led the team with seven goals, the most by a single Spartan in a single season since Jamilecxth Becerra in 2017
- Finished sixth with seven goals in non-conference play, second in MW play with five
Indigo Sims, Jr., F, Dallas, Texas, Sam Houston University
- Played in 17 games, starting in 13 of them at Sam Houston last season
- Scored three goals and recorded two assists
- Had two game-winners over Southern U (9/13) and Western Kentucky University (11/01) in the 2024 season as a freshman
- Played for the Puerto Rican Senior National Team
