RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. — Joey Allan highlighted his final round with his first collegiate hole-in-one to lead the San José State men’s golf team at the Vuori Invitational on Tuesday, hosted at the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club. The Spartans finished in 12th place overall with a team total of 899.
- Dominic Lucchesi: Tied for 31st | 221 (+8) total
- Carded a team-best four birdies to shoot a final-round 73 (+2).
- Noah Scavo: Tied for 36th | 222 (+9) total
- Sank three birdies on Tuesday to lock in his third consecutive round of 74 (+3).
- Keshav "KC" Mungali: Tied for 54th | 226 (+13) total
- Posted a 75 (+4) in his final round.
- Jackson Lutz: 69th place | 234 (+21) total
- Turned in SJSU's lowest score of the day with a final-round 72 (+1).
- Christian Maggard: 235 (+22) total
- Sunk two birdies en route to a final-round 77 (+6).
- Playing as an individual, Allan aced the par-3 17th hole on his way to a final-round 76 (+5), finishing the tournament at 235 (+22).
