SAN DIEGO — Emma Fantousis and Emilija Pranyte won their doubles match to lead the San José State women's tennis team on the final day of the USD USTA Tournament on Saturday.
- Fantousis and Pranyte won a dominant 6-3 decision in doubles.
- Soledad Fayos Capilla defeated BYU's Angelique van der Walt in straight sets, 6-2, 6-1.
- Camila Celis fell to Boise State's Valentina Vachkova in singles, 6-4, 6-1.
- Fantousis lost a tight three-set match to Nevada's Kaho Oyama, 4-6, 7-5, [4-10].
- In doubles, Fayos Capilla and Celis fell, 6-4.
