Terrell Brown Season 2016-17

AT SJSU: Completed one season as a Spartan in 2016-17.

2016-17: After averaging 15.3 minutes in 14 games as a reserve, Brown entered the starting lineup and fueled one of SJSU’s greatest four-game winning streaks in program history over UNLV (twice), New Mexico and San Diego State … Finished third on the team in scoring during conference play at 8.9 points per game … Averaged 7.2 points, 1.7 assists and 1.6 rebounds in 25 games played with nine starts … Career-high 18 points on 7-of-13 shooting at Fresno State (2/15) … Career-high five assists to go along with 17 points in San José State’s first win over New Mexico (2/4) in program history … Hit the go-ahead basket with 13.1 seconds remaining in the 76-74 win at UNLV (2/11) … Hauled in a season-high four rebounds against Utah State (2/22) … Played a career-high 39 minutes in the win over San Diego State (2/7), SJSU’s first over the Aztecs since 1999.

 

HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Moreau Catholic High School in Hayward, Calif., where he played three seasons of varsity basketball … Scored 23 points with four three-point baskets in the North Coast Section Division III championship game, which Moreau Catholic won 98-67 over Miramonte High … Scored a game-high 23 points to knock off undefeated and nationally No. 16-ranked (MaxPreps) Sacramento High School … A 2015-16 All-Mission Valley Athletic League point guard.
