2016: Played in 10 games primarily as a special teams player... His one tackle for the season came on kickoff coverage in the fourth quarter of the Air Force game (11/19).
2015: Completed a redshirt season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football (Coach Dave Brown) and baseball at Archbishop Mitty High in San Jose, Calif. ... Was a first-team All-West Catholic Athletic League quarterback as a senior... Completed 40.5 percent of his passes for 904 yards and 10 touchdowns and ran 73 times for 599 yards and 11 scores... A 2012 MaxPreps.com Freshman All-American pitcher and the San Jose Mercury News' Freshman of the Year in baseball... Had a 6-1 win-loss record with a 2.39 ERA in 2012... Three-year pitching record of 10-1 with a 2.12 ERA.
MORE ON BRETT: Graduated in Spring 2019 with cum laude honors as a business finance major... His dad, Rick Foley, pitched seven seasons for the California Angels and Houston Astros AA and AAA minor league teams (1978-84) and one for San Jose Bees Class A team (1985)...
