ARKANSAS (2019):
- Played in eight games and started five
- Razorbacks’ leading passer in 2019, completing 96-of-179 attempts for 1,152 yards and seven touchdowns
- Saw action in the season opener against Portland State (8/31), going 4-for-5 for 48 yards in relief … Took over after halftime at Ole Miss (9/7), quickly racking up 201 yards and a touchdown 17-of-24 passing
- Led the Hogs to a 55-34 victory over Colorado State (9/14) behind 305 yards and three passing touchdowns after going 20-for-35 through the air
- His three TDs were the most by an Arkansas QB since Ty Storey’s three against Eastern Illinois on Sept. 1, 2018
- Followed the performance with 356 passing yards and three touchdowns against San Jose State the following week (28-of-50)
- Became the first Arkansas quarterback since Ryan Mallett in 2010 to throw for 300+ yards and three touchdowns in back-to-back games
- Threw for 109 yards on 12-of-17 passing vs. #23-Texas A&M Aggies (9/28) before leaving the game with injury
- Returned two weeks later at Kentucky (10/12) completing 7-for-19 for 41 yards
- Also started at Alabama (10/26), going 5-of-19 for 58 yards in the first half
- Appeared as a back-up at LSU (11/23), completing three passes for 34 yards.
TEXAS A&M (2018):
- Appeared in five games, completing 15-of-22 passes for 169 yards and a touchdown
- Completed five passes on eight attempts for 63 yards and a touchdown in the season-opener against Northwestern State
- Threw for 39 yards on three attempts versus ULM
- Went 7-for-11 for 67 yards against #1-Alabama.
TEXAS A&M (2017):
- Made seven appearances and started in five games after suffering an injury in the third quarter of the season opener at UCLA
- Threw for 1,793 yards and 14 TDs on 123-of-205 passing
- Four touchdown passes and 416 yards against New Mexico
- Completed 19 passes for 272 yards and a touchdown at Ole Miss
- Closed out the regular season with 227 yards and two touchdowns at LSU
- Threw for 184 yards and two touchdowns against Auburn
- Set the Texas A&M bowl game record throwing for 499 yards against Wake Forest by connecting on 42-of-63 passes for four touchdowns
- Set the freshman record for attempts, completions and passing yards for a single game
- Scored his first major college touchdown on a 1-yard run in a 31-24 comeback win over Ole Miss (11/18).
