2013: Saw action in 11 games as a reserve defensive back and special teams player... His playing time with the defense increased as the season progressed... Was credited with a season-high three tackles in each of the last three games... All tackles in the final three games came on pass plays... Both of his two pass break-ups came in the 62-52 win over #16-ranked Fresno State (11/29).
2012: Played in eight regular season games primarily as a special teams player... Was not credited with any tackles.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football (Coach Russ Edwards), track and field and basketball at Nipomo (Calif.) High... A fullback, wide receiver and tight end on offense and a cornerback and linebacker on defense... As a senior, averaged 29.0 yards per catch and scored four times, credited with 30 tackles and intercepted two passes... A 2009 second-team Los Padres League pick and a second-team all-county choice as an all-purpose player... A sprinter and jumper for the track and field team... Set the school record in the 100-meter dash with a 10.74 clocking... Won the league title and placed seventh in the triple jump at the 2009 C.I.F. Southern Section Division III final.
