One interception of the season prevented a possible touchdown and preceded a second-half game-tying touchdown drive in the Colorado State win (10/12)... 2012: Played in 12 games and started four times... A cornerback who increased his playing time as the season evolved... Three of his four starts occurred in the final four games... 41 tackles including a season-high eight in the New Mexico State victory (11/10)... Led the team with 12 pass break ups... His one interception of the season saved a possible touchdown in the BYU victory (11/17)... Tied for second on the team and 42nd nationally with three forced fumbles... HIGH SCHOOL: A two-time first-team All-C.I.F. San Diego Section Division II, first-team All-Grossmont Hills League and All-East County player for Helix High of San Diego, Calif. (Coach Troy Starr)...
