AT SAN JOSE STATE: Third season with the Spartans... Signed with the program in December 2010... Competing for playing time at free safety when 2013 fall camp begins.

2012:?Played in 11 games, primarily as a special teams defender... Was in on a tackle in eight games including a season-high two stops in the New Mexico State (11/10) victory... Saw some action as a reserve safety... One pass break-up for the season was in the New Mexico State triumph.

2011:?Completed a redshirt season.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE: A two-year starter at Foothill College (Coach Doug Boyett)...Credited with 60 tackles in 2010 for the Silicon Valley Bowl champion...A first-team All-NorCal Conference pick who was in on 61 tackles as a freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football (Coach Mike Machado) and track and field at Valley Christian High in San Jose... A 2009 first-team All-Central Coast Section linebacker and his team's Most Valuable Defensive Player... Credited with 126 tackles and 12 quarterback sacks as a senior... A second-team All-Central Coast Section selection as a junior...Played in the 2009 Charlie Wedemeyer All-Star Game... Two-sport athlete was one of the top-10 sprinters in Central Coast Section track and field his senior year... Best marks were 10.94 in the 100 and 22.35 in the 200.
