AT SAN JOSE STATE: Finished two seasons with the Spartans... Two-season starter at quarterback ... Played in 22 games and started 21 times... Accurate passer and highly-effective runner... 2015: Played in 11 games and was a starter in 10 contests... Honorable mention All-Mountain West... Most Valuable Player of the 2015 AutoNation Cure Bowl... Most accurate passer in the Mountain West completing 67.4 percent of his passes for 1,984 yards and 15 touchdowns... 34th nationally in passing efficiency with a 142.28 rating... Season-high three touchdown passes in each of the final three regular season games... Season best 336 yards and three touchdowns vs. Boise State (11/26)... Totaled three games passing for at least 300 yards - 329 in the UNLV overtime victory (10/10) and 312 at Hawai'i (11/21)... COMMUNITY COLLEGE: A two-time Central League all-conference selection for Long Beach City College (Coach Brett Peabody)... Completed 63.7 percent of his passes for 4,534 yards and 40 touchdowns with 15 interceptions... Ran for 1,027 yards scoring 21 touchdowns... Led his team to the 2014 Beach Bowl victory and was named the game's Most Valuable Player... A 2014 Southern California Football Association Scholar-Athlete Award recipient.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football (Coach Mike Walsh), basketball and volleyball and was a team captain in each sport his senior year at San Pedro (Calif.) High... A 2012 CalHiSports third-team all-state multi-purpose player honoree... 2011 Los Angeles City Section Co-Offensive Player of the Year... Completed 52.6 percent of his passes for 2,920 yards and 34 touchdowns with 16 interceptions... Rushed 154 times for 983 yards and 18 touchdowns in two seasons for San Pedro High... A 2011 National Football Foundation Los Angeles Chapter Scholar-Athlete award recipient...
