Most experienced member of an offensive line that allowed 14 quarterback sacks on 498 pass attempts… Spartans tied for eighth nationally among Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) teams in sacks allowed per game… Team was one of four with a ratio of at least 35 pass attempts per quarterback sack during the season… Blocked for an offense that finished fourth in the FBS in passing yards per game (338.0) and averaged over 30.0 points a game for the first time since 2013.
2018: Played and started in all 12 games... Opened the season at left tackle... Moved to left guard for the second game of the season at Washington State (9/8) as part of a three-player switch within the offensive line... Finished the season at left guard.
2017: Saw action in all 13 games and was a starter 12 times... All his starts were at left tackle.
2016: Played in 11 games and started the first eight games at left tackle... The first of two freshmen to start in the offensive line during the season... Also started at Boise State (11/4) for his ninth start of the year.
2015: Completed a redshirt season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football (Coach Bobby Green) and track and field at Mountain Ridge High in Glendale, Ariz.... A two-time second-team All-West Valley Preps selection... Named his team's Most Valuable Offensive Lineman his junior and senior seasons...
