2017: Saw action only in the first two games of the season... Appeared to be on his way towards his most productive season as a Spartan... Five carries for 30 yards and two pass receptions for seven yards in the season-opener vs. USF (South Florida - 8/26)... Followed up with seven rushes for 36 yards in the Cal Poly (9/2) win before he was forced to the sidelines due to injury.
2016: Played in the first two games of the season as a fullback and special teams player... Was a starter in the Portland State game (9/10), his last game of the season... Did not have any rushing attempts or pass receiving opportunities on offense... Was not in on any special teams tackles in either game he played.
2015: Played in 10 games mainly on special teams... Was in on four tackles... Had two tackles each in the season-opening victory over New Hampshire (9/3) and the Fresno State triumph (9/26).
2014: Saw action in all 12 games... Was second on the team in rushing yardage with 168 and in yards per attempt at 4.3... Had carries in six games... Scored his first major college touchdown in the season-opening win vs. North Dakota (8/28) on a 2-yard run... Most effective game was in the UNLV (10/4) win gaining 64 yards on 10 carries including his season long of 29 yards in the fourth quarter... Made his first major college start at Auburn (9/6) and gained 23 yards on nine attempts... Had a pass reception in each of the first two games... His one tackle for the season came on punt coverage in the Wyoming victory (10/18).
2013: Began preseason drills as a two-way prospect, but settled into a safety role quickly... Played in the first two games of the season as a safety and special teams contributor... Was credited with a tackle in the Sacramento State win (8/29)... Did not play the remainder of the season due to an injury.
HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time CalHiSports.com all-state player for Del Oro High in Loomis, Calif. (Coach Casey Taylor)... Rushed for 3,456 yards and 42 touchdowns in three seasons... Gained 1,545 yards as a senior and 1,662 yards as a junior... Averaged 17.9 yards a reception and caught four touchdown passes... A defensive back credited with 11.0 tackles for loss and 6.0 quarterback sacks his junior season and returned two interceptions for touchdowns as a senior... Senior honors include CalHiSports first-team all-state multi-purpose back, second-team all-state and first-team All-NorCal running back by MaxPreps.com, the 2012 Sacramento Bee Player of the Year and the Most Valuable Player of the Sierra Foothill League for the second time... A CalHiSports.com all-state underclass running back and a Sacramento Bee All-Metro selection... Scored two touchdowns in the December 2012 Optimist All-Star Game in Loomis, Calif. ... The U.S. Player of the Game in 2013 International Bowl in Austin, Texas as a member of Team USA Under-18 squad... Rushed for 238 yards on 32 carries and scored three touchdowns in the USA's 29-14 win over Canada... Two-sport letterwinner was a sprinter and long jumper in track and field.
