AT SAN JOSE STATE: Completed two seasons with the Spartans... First joined the team for 2019 Fall drills... Competed for playing time at quarterback... A 2020 Mountain West all-academic team honoree.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Played the 2018 season at Santa Rosa Junior College (Coach Lenny Wagner)... One of the top-10 quarterbacks in the California Community College system... Named first-team All-Bay 6 League...Ranked eighth in the state passing for 2,576 yards, fifth for his 288 pass completions and ninth with 24 touchdowns... Rushed 76 times for 191 yards and a 68-yard TD run.

HIGH SCHOOL: Starting quarterback for Rancho Cotate High in Rohnert Park, Calif. (Coaches Gehrig Hotaling, Ed Conroy)... Completed 61.2 percent of his passes for 7,390 yards and 89 touchdowns in his two seasons as a starting quarterback... Rushed for 1,675 yards and 25 touchdowns during his junior and senior seasons... 2017 CalHiSports.com second-team all-state for medium-size schools and the 2017 North Bay League Most Valuable Player... Two-time San Francisco Chronicle all-metro honoree... A second-team all-purpose selection as a junior and first-team choice as a senior... Was the league's Offensive Player of the Year his junior season.
