- Recorded 11 tackles and an eight yard sack at UNLV (10/21)
- Tied for ninth in the MW with 72 solo tackles
2020:
- Started all eight games for the Mountain West Champions
- Fifth in the Mountain West and 28th nationally with 9.8 tackles per game
- Ranked third in the conference and 14th nationally with 5.6 solo tackles per outing
- Finished the year with a team-high 78 tackles and had five games with 10 or more stops
- Credited with seven stops in Mountain West Championship game (12/19)
- Also in on three tackles behind the line of scrimmage and was credited with half a sack
- Began the season with three consecutive contests of 14 tackles
- Forced a fumble and defended a pass to go along with 14 tackles in the season-opening win vs. Air Force (10/24)
2019:
- Saw action in all 12 games
- Started seven of the final eight contests
- Third on the team in total tackles with 89
- Third on the team with 6.0 tackles for loss
- Three games with 10 or more tackles
- Team leader, tied for second in the Mountain West and tied for 21st nationally with three forced fumbles
- Single-game career high 14 tackles in the win at Army (10/26)
- Added a third-down quarterback sack resulting in a punt, a forced fumble preceding a Spartan field goal, and a fumble recovery leading to a touchdown in the Army victory (10/26)
- 13 tackles vs. Boise State (11/2) and 12 at Nevada (10/12)
- Had a single-game best two forced fumbles against New Mexico (10/4)
- His two fumble recoveries during the season, both leading to scores, were a team high and tied for sixth in the Mountain West and 27th nationally
- His 2.5 tackles for loss in the Arkansas win (9/21) was a single-game career high and the top individual figure by a Spartan in 2019.
2018:
- Played in nine games and was a starter in five contests
- Was in on 40 tackles
- Had at least one tackle in eight of the nine games he played
- Season-high nine tackles at Oregon (9/15)
- Had eight stops and his season total of 1.5 tackles for loss in the San Diego State contest (10/20)
- Had his first major college pass interception in the Washington State (9/8) road encounter
HIGH SCHOOL:
- A prolific tackler during his three seasons at Freedom High in Oakley, Calif. (Coach Kevin Hartwig)
- Credited with 405 tackles, 30.5 tackles for loss, 11.0 quarterback sacks, four interceptions, four forced fumbles and six fumble recoveries
- Senior season honors included second-team all-state pick, Bay Valley Athletic League (BVAL) Defensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive season
- First-team San Francisco Chronicle All-Metro, first-team Mercury News All-Bay Area and a first-team All-BVAL pick as a linebacker and tight end
- First-team all-league and honorable mention all-metro honors as a sophomore and a junior
- Also lettered in track and field as a 100-meter sprinter and shot put thrower
