- Earned Utah Class 4A second-team all-state honors from both the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News at linebacker as a prep senior with 90 tackles (32-solo, 58-assist), which included 13.5 sacks and 36.5 tackles for loss, to go along with 20 quarterback hurries, four pass breakups, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery
- Had double-digit tackles in four games, including a season-high 11 stops, which included 1.5 sacks and 4.5 tackles for loss, against Timpview HS
- Had 11 tackles, including 2.0 sacks and 5.0 tackles for loss, to go along with a high school best seven quarterback hurries against Orem HS
- Tied high school best 3.0 sacks and a career-best 6.0 tackles for loss as part of his seven tackles against Dixie HS
- High school best 6.0 tackles for loss as part of his 10 stops against Hillcrest HS
- Honorable mention all-state honors as a junior as he recorded 66 tackles (19-solo, 47-assist), which included 9.5 sacks and 12.5 tackles for loss, to go along with one pass breakup and one forced fumble
- High school best 12 tackles against Hillcrest HS and had a career-high 3.0 sacks against Orem HS.
