- As a senior at Eduprize High, he made a name for himself as one of the top players in the state
- Rated a four star recruit and the No. 4 player in Arizona
- Rated the No. 85 player overall nationally by ESPN for the class of 2020
- Helped lead the Eagles to a 26-2 record and the Canyon Athletic Association Division II State Championship title
- Earned first team all-state and all-conference honors as well as first team all-defensive honors after averaging a double-double of 22 points and 12 rebounds, as well as four blocks and three steals per game
- Best game of the season was a 42-point effort against Heritage Academy
- In the state playoffs, he recorded a double-double of 20 points and 10 blocks and pulled down six rebounds against Chandler Tri-City Christian.
