2015-16: Appeared in all 30 games, making two starts - at New Mexico (1/23) and against New Mexico (2/13)…averaged 4.4 points, 2.0 rebounds, 0.8 assists and 0.5 steals in 17.3 minutes per game…achieved career-bests in nearly every statistical category…scored a career-high 20 points against Utah State (2/27) including six three-pointers, also a single-game best…shot .355 from beyond the three-point line, second best on the team…was third in the squad in blocked shots…grabbed a single-game high six rebounds against Southern Oregon (11/13)…at New Mexico (1/23) and at Nevada (2/17) had a season-best two steals…dished out four assists against UNLV (2/10)…twice - at Pacific (12/12) and at Air Force (1/30) blocked two shots in a game. (Game-by-Game Stats)
2014-15: Appeared in all 32 games, all in a reserve roll...averaged 3.2 points and 1.2 rebounds in 9.2 minutes per game...scored a career-high 11 points at UC Irvine (11/22)...grabbed single-game best four steals against New Mexico (1/31)...blocked three shots versus Utah State (12/31) a single-game best...three rebounds at Wyoming (1/3) was her best night on the boards...dished out two assists at UNLV (3/6)...shot 42 percent from the field, third highest on the team...ranked fourth on the team in blocked shots. (Game-by-Game Stats)
2013-14: Sat out the season due to NCAA Transfer regulations.
UC DAVIS: Played for the Aggies in 2011-12 and 2012-13... in 2012-13 appeared in 30 games, averaging 10.5 minutes per appearance... Averaged 2.1 points per game and 1.7 rebounds per game... shot 80 percent from the line, missing just five shots, good for fourth on the Aggies... Scored a then career high eight points against UC Riverside on Jan. 26 in just 14 minutes... Played a career high 21 minutes against Long Beach State on March 2...in 201-12 appeared in 14 contests, including WNIT matchup at Oregon State, averaging 4.0 minutes per game... Went 7-of-16 from the field and hit only three-point shot attempt, which came at Santa Clara on Nov. 28... Recorded 3 steals... Scored a then career-high 7 points against San José State on Nov. 16, hitting 2-of-4 from the field and 3-of-4 from the free throw line... Also grabbed 2 rebounds against the Spartans... Went 2-for-4 against Long Beach State on Jan. 14 to go with 2 boards, an assist and a steal.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Saint Mary's College High School in Berkeley, Calif....a four-year letterwinner (coach Nate Fripp)...a McDonald's High School All-America nominee who led her team CIF State Championship Div. IV title games in 2010 and 2011...averaged 12.3 points, 9.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 3.4 blocks per game in her senior season, leading Saint Mary's College HS to a 30-5 record...her team ranked 33rd nationally and 11th in the state during her senior year...twice named Bay Shore Athletic League's Most Valuable Player and was also an all-state and All-NorCal selection...recipient of North Coast Section Sportsmanship/Character Award two straight years.
EMILY: Graduate Magna Cum Laude with a degree in public relations with a minor in communications in May, 2016...plans to pursue a career in athletics public relations after graduation...the daughter of Olivia and David Vann...in her spare time enjoys baking and swimming...her father David played basketball at Saint Mary's College (1978-82), is fourth on the career scoring list, ranks seventh on the school's All-Century Team and was a 1982 draft pick of the National Basketball Association's Golden State Warriors...Emily Vann is a native of Berkeley, Calif.
