2020: Finished the shortened season with a 7-4 record…paired with Caitlin Bettenay…was 6-4 in the top position and 1-0 at number two…won five matches in straight sets…won the final match of the season in straight sets.
2019: Ended the season with a 12-11 record…partnered the entire season with Thaliana Grajeda…9-7 at the fourth position and 3-4 at the fifth spot…had a five-match winning streak in the middle of the season.
2018: Recorded a 6-8 record on the season…started the season with Summer Avery and went 1-1 in the fifth position…then played with Laura Parts and went 3-1 in the fifth position, 2-5 in the fourth position, 0-1 in the third spot and 2-0 in exhibition matches…finished the year winning exhibition matches with Hayley Sturgeon and Thaliana Grajeda.
2017: Had a 7-10 record over the season – 7-5 in the fifth position and 0-5 in the fourth spot…started the year playing with Summer Avery at the fifth spot…won their first five matches and had a 6-1 record…then played one match with Thaliana Grajeda in the fifth spot…moved to the fourth position with Julia Golbeck before the pair played the final four matches in the fifth position.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Liberty High School in 2016…lettered four years in volleyball for head coach Linda Ghilarducci…was starting libero as a freshman then the starting setter the next three years…three-time first team All-Bay Valley Athletic League honoree…2015 BVAL Most Valuable Player…All-East Bay team selection by the Contra Costa Times…earned Athletic Director, BVAL and NCA Scholar-Athlete recognition…also lettered four years in swimming for head coach Cindi Coats and was team’s Most Valuable Swimmer three times.
PERSONAL: Majoring in advertising with a minor in business…likes drawing and swimming…comes from a very athletic family…two-time Academic All-Mountain West honoree…mother, Kelly Fedel, was a four-year letterwinner (1988-91) in swimming at the Air Force Academy…father, Dan Zdroik, lettered in football at the Air Force Academy…younger brother, Payton, plays football and baseball at Liberty HS and was on the 14U USA-LABC National Baseball Team…was a Girl Scout Ambassador…likes drawing and swimming…Kaitlynn Fidelia Zdroik was born in Del Rio, Texas.
