2013 Cross Country:competed in five races...scored and ran fastest 5K time of 19:54.8 at the USF Invitational (8/31)...scored and had season-best 39th place finish at the Fresno State Invitational 5K (9/14)...ran fastest 6K time of the year (23:09.6) at the Bronco Invitational (10/19)...77th place with a time of 25:05.55 at the MW Championship.
2012 Cross Country: Competed and scored in all six of the team[apos]s events during the season...improved her career-best 5K time in three races with her fastest (19:17) coming at the Bronco Invitational (10/13)...first-career top-10 finish (eighth) at the Crystal Springs Invitational (10/6)...came in 70th place with a time of 19:54.80 at the USF Invitational (9/1)...49th place with a time of 21:17.2 at the Aztec Invitational (9/15)...finished in 54th place individually with her second-fastest time of the season (19:54.16) at the WAC Championship (10/27).
2011 Cross Country: Competed in five races for the Spartans in her second season...top-finish was 35th at the Battle of the Bay Invitational (5K)...fastest 5K time was a 20:06.47 at the Willamette Invitational where she finished 115th...scored for SJSU in three races including the Western Athletic Conference Championship where she finished in 45th.
2010 Corss Country: Competed in three races...top finish of 20th came at the Battle of the Bay (9/4)...fastest 5K time of 20:58.2 at the UC Riverside Invitational (9/18)...finished 116th (21:09.0) at the 5K Bronco Invitational.
ANN SOBRATO HIGH SCHOOL: The 2009 graduate was a three-sport athlete in soccer, cross county, and track and field...she played varsity soccer for three years, and spend two years on both the cross country and track and field teams under head coach Dave Wolfsmith.
ALEX: A health science major with a minor in nutrition...enjoys cycling, swimming, and running in her free time...Alexandra Leanne Seda was born November 13, 1991 in San Jose, Calif.
