2017: Competed and scored in all six races…was the second Spartan across the line in five events…four top-10 finishes…had a career-best second-place finish (17:50.4) at the 5k Fresno Invitational (9/9)…was third at the Capitol Cross Challenge (9/30) in a career-best 20:31.1…finished fourth at the Bronco Invitational (10/14) in 20:39.4…came in seventh (21:49.3) at the USF Invitational (9/2)…was 35th at the Mountain West Championships (10/27) and 47th at the NCAA West Regional Championships (11/10), respectively…part of team that had its best-ever finishes at the Mountain West Championships (T4th) and NCAA West Regional Championships (8th).
2016: Competed and scored in all six races…had a career-best, third-place finish, at the Santa Clara Duel (10/15)…four times – San Francisco Invitational (9/3), Stanford Invitational (10/1), Bronco Invitational and Santa Clara Duel (10/15) – was the third Spartans across the line and in the other two races, Mountain West Championship and NCAA West Regional Championship, finished fourth among SJSU competitors.
2015: Competed in six races, scoring in all of them... Season best 16th place finish at both the 5K USF Invitational (9/5) and 4200m Fresno State Invitational (9/11)... In four meets, finished as the second Spartan finisher, at the USF Invitational, Fresno State Invitational, Stanford Invitational and Santa Clara Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of San Marcos High School in Santa Barbara, Calif. ... Two-time letter winner in cross country and three-time letter winner in track... Coached by Lawrence Stehmeier in cross country and Tracy Jenkins in track... Two-time All Channel League honoree in cross country as well as track...
