2019: Competed in all six races...best time was a 20:09.8 at the NCAA West Regional (11/15)...earned medalist honors in two races - USF Invitational and Santa Clara Invitational...was first Spartan woman in program history to qualify for NCAA Championships...also the first Spartan woman to earn USTFCCCA All-West Region recognition.
2018: Competed and scored in all five races...recorded three top-15 finishes - the USF Cross Country Invitational (4th), the Mountain West Championships (11th) and the Stanford Invitational (15th)...was the first Spartan to cross the finish line in every race...top time of the season, 20:08.6, came at the Mountain West Championships (10/26) where she earned her second second-team All-Mountain West honor in as many years...top finish was 4th at the USF Cross Country Invitational (9/1).
2017: Competed and scored in all six races…race winner at 5k Fresno Invitational (9/9) and Bronco Invitational (10/14)…best 6k time was 20:18.3 at the Bronco Invitational…in the regular season never finished worse than sixth in a race – sixth place (21:42.8) at USF Invitational (9/2) and second (20:30.1) at Capitol Cross Challenge (9/30)…finished 14th at the Mountain West Championships (21:22.4), earning the program’s first All-Mountain West honor…was 30th (20:25.8) at the NCAA West Regional Championships (11/10)…was the first Spartan to cross the finish line in every race…led team to its best finishes at the Mountain West Championships (T4th) and NCAA West Regional Championships (8th).
2016: Competed, scored and finished first for the Spartans in all six races…never finished outside the top-10 in four regular-season meets…won the Santa Clara Duel in a season-best 20:14.5…ran sub-21 minute races at the Stanford Invitational (10/1), Bronco Invitational and Santa Clara Duel (10/15) as well as the NCAA West Regional Championship.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Summit High School in Fontana, Calif...a four-year letter winner in both cross country and track (coaches Michelle Griffith & Ralph Betty)...four-time All-Sunkist League in cross country and on the…named league MVP four times in track and three times in cross country…collected all-area honors in 2014, 2015 & 2016…an all-state selection who finished fourth in the state in cross country (17:32) and fifth on the track (10:26) in 2015…holds the school record in 3200m (10:20), mile (4:57) and 800m (2:19).
