Taylor Curado Season 2012-13

AT SAN JOSE STATE: In her second season as a Spartan... Swims freestyle and butterfly races.

2012-13: Spent the season as a redshirt.

RUTGERS UNIVERSITY: Member of the Rutgers University swim team for three years... 11th in the 100 free at the 2011 Big East Conference Championships... Two-year team captain... Recipient of the 2012 Alumni Swimming Award for leadership.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in 2009 from Rock Canyon High School in Highlands Ranch, Colo... Earned four letters in swimming (Coach Ruthie Milberg)... Four-year Scholastic All-American and named all-state three times... Set a school record in the 100 fly, 200 medley relay and 200 free relay.

TAYLOR: A communication studies major with minors in economics and public relations... Swam club for Highlands Ranch Aquatics (coach Matt Beck)...Enjoys going to the movies and cooking...Aspires to work in the sports field... A native of Walnut Creek, Calif., Taylor Kristine Curado was born on August 30, 1991.
