CROSS COUNTRY: Finished the USF Invitational 5K (8/30) in 71st place with a time of 21:37.7 for her only competition of the season.
INDOOR TRACK: Competed in three 800-meter events and once in the 400-meter... time of 2:22.03 in the Mountain West Championship (2/27) 800-meter was an indoor season-best... finished the 400-meter at the NB/Boise Indoor Invitational (2/6) in 1:00.62.
OUTDOOR TRACK: Competed in the 800 meter event at four meets... ran a season-best 2:16.19 at the Bulldog Invitational (4/25)... 2:18.19 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational... 2:23.35 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/17)... 2:28.86 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (4/3-4).
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Skyline High School in Oakland, Calif. ... earned three varsity letters in track and field and two in cross country... holds the Skyline's women's 800-meter record with a time of 2:15.65... was a member of Student Leadership and the yearbook club.
MORE ON MARAYNE: Has yet to declare a major... enjoys running, writing, music, reading, outdoors, rap battles, and slam poetry.
