Grace Togiai Season 2021

SPARTAN NOTES: Is entering her first season of competition as a Spartan.

STANISLAUS STATE: Posted a best of 15.34m in the shot put (Beach Invitational, 4/19/19)...top mark in the hammer throw was 48.81m (CCAA Track & Field Championships, 5/2/19)...posted best of 44.92m in the DT (Cal Poly ShareSLO.com Invitational, 3/22/19)...notched a personal record of 14.83m in the weight throw (GVSU Holiday Open, 12/7/18)...holds the Stanislaus State school record in the shot put (50 feet). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed for four years of track & field at Hayward High School....qualified for state in the shot put both junior and senior year.

GET TO KNOW GRACIOUS: Was born in Honolulu, Hawaii...nickname is Grace...majoring in sociology...wants to do social work upon graduation...was a three-sport star in high school (basketball, volleyball)...enjoys swimming and sleeping in her free time.
