Kai Bohannon Season 2021

AT SJSU: Has completed two seasons of competition with the Spartans.

2020: INDOOR - Completed a redshirt season...OUTDOOR – Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.  

2019: Highlight of the regular season was a 4:45.11 in the 1500 at the Rainbow Relays (placed 1st)...Ran in the Mountain West Indoor Championships, hitting a mark of 10:16.14 in the 3000...Also competed in the conference outdoor championships with a time of 11:05.03 in the 3000.

2018: Highlight of the regular season was a 9:44.65 in the 3000 at the UW Open...Ran in the Mountain West Indoor Championships, hitting a mark of 9:50.07 in the 3000. 

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2017 graduate of Liberty High School in Brentwood, Calif…a four year letterwinner in cross country and track (coach Eric Morford)…a three-time (freshman, sophomore & senior years) cross country Bay Valley Athletic League (BVAL) MVP and earned a All-BVAL honors as a junior…named BVAL track MVP as a senior and earned first-team honors in each of her previous seasons…top times include 2:19 (800m), 4:56 (1600m), 10:44 (3200m), 17:28 (3 miles)…earned four letters in basketball.

GET TO KNOW KAI: An Applied Mathematics major…in her spare time enjoys reading and watching Grey's Anatomy…the daughter of Darlynne and David Bohannon…was born in Washington...Kai Fu Bohannon is from Discovery Bay, Calif.
