Mikayla Akers Season 2021

AT SJSU: Has completed three seasons of competition with the Spartans.

2020: INDOOR - Opened the season with a mark of 5:12.13 in the 1 Mile at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational (Feb. 13-14)...Closed the season with a mark of 12:19.40 in the DMR and a 2:17.25 in the 800 at the Mountain West Championships (Feb. 27-29)...OUTDOOR – Season canceled due to coronavirus pandemic.  

2019: Highlight of the regular season was a 4:35.83 in the 1500 at the Woody Wilson Classic (placed 2nd)...Ran in the Mountain West Indoor Championships, hitting a mark of 2:20.29 in the 800...Also competed in the conference outdoor championships with a time of 4:41.97 in the 1500.

2018: Highlight of the regular season was a 2:22.81 in the 800 at the UW Open...Ran in the Mountain West Indoor Championships, hitting a mark of 2:22.91 in the 800.
