Adriana (Vogt) Reed, the San José State University women's water polo career scoring leader, was the team's assistant coach for the 2015 season. She was appointed to her position in July 2014.
Reed played for the Spartans during the 2008 through 2011 seasons and scored 245 goals. The two-time All-American was a third-team selection in 2010 and a first-team choice in 2011 when she set the single-season school scoring record of 86 goals.
After completing her college career, she was a volunteer assistant coach at Santa Clara University in 2012. She began her coaching career in the 2011 fall season coaching youth teams at Stanford University and also coached girls 18-and-under at the Burlingame (Calif.) Aquatic Club.
