Aubrie Thomas joined the Spartans for the 2025-26 season as a graduate assistant following an illustrious playing career at SJSU.
A four-time Academic All-Mountain West honoree and a two-time Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete, Thomas consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence, teamwork, and perseverance. Her achievements include earning All-Mountain West Honorable Mention and recognition on the All-MW Tournament Team and CSC Academic All-District list.
As a key member of the San José State softball team, she started nearly every game over her collegiate career, contributing significantly in offensive and defensive roles. Known for her focus, consistency, and work ethic, she achieved personal bests across multiple statistical categories while serving as a dependable presence for her team.

- Had 43 starts in 43 appearances in centerfield in 2024
- Hit .293 with 34 hits in 116 at-bats in 2024
- Led the team with 16 walks in 2024
- Second on the team in on-base percentage at .385 in 2024
- .985 fielding percentage with 63 putouts in 2024
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Considered one of the top high school players in the South Bay at Valley Christian HS
- First team All-West Catholic Athletic League and honorable mention all-section selection as a freshman after batting .329 and holding a .961 fielding percentage
- Was honored as the Valley Christian High School Female Athlete of the Year as a freshman
