Hank Fraley became a member of the San Jose State football coaching staff in January 2013 as the Spartans offensive line coach.
Fraley comes to San Jose State after coaching the offensive linemen at the University of San Diego in 2012 where he produced three All-Pioneer Football League offensive linemen in his first season as a coach.
An All-American lineman at Robert Morris University, Fraley went on to an 11-year National Football League career as a center with the Philadelphia Eagles (2000-05), Cleveland Browns (2006-09) and the St. Louis Rams (2010). He was the Eagles[apos] starting center in Super Bowl XXXIX. He was enshrined in the Robert Morris University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2006 and the Northeast Conference Hall of Fame in 2010.
The native of Gaithersburg, Md., had his jersey number, 75, retired by Robert Morris in 2001 and was the University[apos]s first player to play in a Super Bowl.
