Mihael G. Dayeh ’03, International Business (European Area Studies Minor) joined SJSU as Assistant Director of Development in September of 2025, supporting athletics events and fundraising.
Mihael is a proud San José State alum, a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, and a longtime SJSU supporter. He brings a dynamic mix of Silicon Valley sales leadership, entrepreneurial experience, and deep community roots.
After years of leading high-performing tech sales teams, Mihael took the helm of his family’s company, Ageway Senior Care, where he has spent the past 15 years growing an award-winning healthcare business and earning recognition as an industry leader. A passionate advocate for student-athletes, he’s also helped advance Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities through his work with Blue and Gold Unlimited.
A Bay Area native and Aragon High School grad, Mihael lives in Sunnyvale with his wife, Lisa Dayeh (also a Spartan!), and their children, Dominic and Juliette—both future Spartans in the making.
