Tallahassee, Fla.-----After an outstanding early-season start, San Jose State University wide receiver Chandler Jones is one of six players added to the 2013 Biletnikoff Award watch list.
The Biletnikoff Award recognizes college football's outstanding receiver.
In the Spartans' first three games, the senior from Los Angeles has 20 receptions for 370 yards and four touchdowns. He tied the San Jose State school records for touchdown receptions in a game and a career with his three TD catches at Minnesota giving him 18 for his career.
Jones is the second Spartan to be named to the Biletnikoff Award watch list this season. Noel Grigsby was named to the watch list in July.
The 2013 Biletnikoff Award winner will be presented on December 12 during the Home Depot College Football Awards Show on ESPN. 10 semifinalists will be named on November 18 and three finalists will be announced on November 25.
The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation sponsors the Biletnikoff Award.
