SAN FRANCISCO -- Imran Zaman finished in 99th place in a field of 120 runners in the San Francisco State Invitational on Friday afternoon.
Zaman was the only runner in uniform for SJSU, and there was no team score for the Spartans.
Zaman completed the 8K course in 30:40.6, good for 99th place.
San José State's next team competition is the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational. The race held on October 19 will be the final regular season event before SJSU heads to Colorado Spring, Colo., for the Mountain West Championship.
