Tons of Spartan alumni, former teammates and friends of SJSU baseball made for a special day at the 2013 Spartan Baseball Golf Classic on Friday afternoon.
The days events included a competitive, but friendly 18-hole round with a scramble format, followed by a banquet dinner with raffle prizes and a silent auction.
"I want to thank all of our friends of Spartan baseball for their support of our golf tournament," said San José State head coach Dave Nakama. "The tournament was a huge success, attracting over a 150 golfers at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club. It was a great day of golf, and a day for all former Spartans to reconnect with old teammates. We look forward to seeing all of you next year in October."
With the Spartan Baseball Golf Classic now in the rear view mirror, the 2014 squad continues daily full practices in preparation for it's inaugural season in the Mountain West.
