USD Relay Invitational Results 
San Diego, Calif. --- The San José State women's swimming team finished in first place after defeating the University of San Diego 277-165 and Air Force 277-213 at the University of San Diego's Relay Invitational.
In the 10 event meet, the Spartans (2-2) placed first in every event.
"We had a great total team effort today," said head coach Sage Hopkins. "We all wanted the team to be better today than we were yesterday and they did great job of responding, with us winning every event and our "B" relay team taking second in many of the events."
Seniors Ashlyn Acosta, Darcie Anderson, Taylor Curado, and Erika Harvey, junior Michaela McLean, and freshmen Alysha Bush and Taylor Solorio each placed first in three races.
The Spartans conclude their weekend competition as they compete against UC San Diego and Incarnate Word on Sunday, January 5. The meet begins at 11:00 a.m. (PT).
