Harrison and Rachel Heinl scored 9.725 to tie for second. Gher and Marissa Unpingco added 9.700 scores, and Alyssa Kaschak matched her season-high 9.650 for a 48.600 bars score.

The Spartans' three seniors led the way on beam. Gher earned a season-high 9.850, her second of the night, and the meet's highest score. Julia Greer, San Jose State's top performer on the apparatus, scored a 9.775. In her first beam showing of 2014, Cassandra Harrison performed a 9.750 routine. Rounding out the Spartans' 48.725 beam score were Marissa Unpingco's 9.700 and Cami Guyer's 9.650.

On floor, Gher's second season-high score of the night, a 9.750, lit a fire for the Spartans. But it was Alyssa Montalban's energetic performance that got the crowd of 1,083 going. She matched her career-high 9.825, which Guyer promptly followed with a 9.800, matching her own career-high. Harrison added a 9.750.

Just as she has done every meet this season, Greer led the team with a 9.850 to finish second on floor and lead the Spartans to a 48.975 score.

Gher won her second all-around title of the season with a season-best 39.150. Competing in her first all-around of 2014, Harrison's 38.950 gave her third place. Guyer collected a 38.875 in the all-around.
