Mark your calendar for San Jose's best BBQ event, Sparta-Q, on October 11, 2014 in Spartan Stadium.
There will be over 30 cooks working their pits and vying for the coveted Sparta-Q Championship title. The gates open to the public at 11:00 a.m. and attendees will get to sample some of the best ribs in the west.
Enjoy food, music, a dessert competition and games with your friend and family. All proceeds benefit the San José State Spartans Softball Development Fund.
