After winning the team's first tournament of the season last week, the San José State University women's golf team hosts the 2016 Juli Inkster Spartan Invitation this Monday and Tuesday, September 19 & 20, at the Almaden Golf and Country Club in San José.
The two-day tournament features 11 teams and begins Monday morning with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start. The second round begins immediately following the first. Tuesday's final round starts at 9:00 a.m. with a shotgun start. Any changes to the schedule will be posted on www.sjsuspartans.com.
Admission to the tournament is free.

The Spartans won the Ptarmigan Ram Classic last week by 14 shots over UC Irvine. Spartan My Leander won her first collegiate tournament after shooting a six-under 210. San José State will feature the same lineup as last week, and Arielle Caronna and Fanny Johnasson will compete as individuals.
