Women's Gymnastics
This Week: San José State returns to The Event Center this Friday night for a meet with UC Davis and Boise State beginning at 7 p.m.
Last Week: Taylor Chan won the beam, floor and all-around titles in a quad meet last week against Air Force, Alaska Anchorage and Seattle Pacific. The Spartans scored a 191.700 for the meet.
Spartan Fact: Stephanie Relova led the Spartans on bars with a 9.750 and scored a season-best 9.800 on floor Friday night.

Men's Basketball (3-16, 0-7)
This Week: The Spartans travel to Utah State for a game Wednesday night before hosting San Diego State Saturday night.
Last Week: San José State lost 59-46 at Wyoming last Wednesday and 73-71 in two overtimes to Air Force last Saturday at home.
Spartan Fact: Brae Ivey scored 18 points, 15 of them after intermission, but the biggest points came with 0:00.1 left in regulation. Down 56-53, he hit a three-point basket to send the game to overtime. He also tied the score at 65-65 with 19.1 seconds to go in the first overtime to send the game to a second overtime.

Women's Basketball (1-17, 0-7)
This Week: The Spartans host Utah State this Wednesday at The Event Center before traveling to San Diego State for a Saturday afternoon game.
Last Week: San José State dropped a pair of Mountain West games, losing 70-56 at home to Wyoming last Wednesday and 88-77 at Air Force on Saturday.
Spartan Fact: Megan Anderson scored 14 points at Air Force, making a season-high four three-point field goals. She now has 76 three-pointers made in her Spartan career, tying for 14th place with Sherry Yudt (1989-93) on the programs' career three-point list.

Women's Swimming & Diving
This Week: The Spartans travel to Fresno State this Saturday for the final dual meet of the season.
Last Week: San José State got individual event wins from Erin Wayman in the 500 freestyle, Jamie Dodd in the 400 IM, and Gabriela Vieira in the 200 backstroke. However, UC Davis came out on top, 164.50 to 104.50, to end San Jose State's four-meet winning streak.
Spartan Fact: Five San José State seniors will be competing in their final dual meet of their Spartan career this Saturday - Megan Au, Brenna Bushey, Kendal Guy, Taylor Lehr, and Eri Tamada.

Women's Tennis (2-0)
This Week: The Spartans take to the road this weekend for two matches in Southern California. The team plays at UC Riverside on Saturday and at CSUN on Sunday.
Last Time: The Spartans won the first two matches of the 2019 season, 6-1 over Sonoma State and 5-2 over Cal Poly.
Spartan Fact: Three Spartans went 2-0 last weekend in singles - Klara Milojkovic, Savannah Sendar and Mathilda Vidgren.

Women's Water Polo (2-1)
This Week: San José State is practicing over the next weeks until the exhibition match against China on Wednesday, February 13.
Last Week: The Spartans split a pair of matches at the California Cup, defeating #11 Long Beach State, 15-8, before falling to #2 Stanford 19-4.
Spartan Fact: Against Long Beach State, freshman Olga Descalzi, scored two of her match-high five goals in the first quarter as San Jose State led from start to finish.
