COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – San José State's senior Abegail Arevalo and freshman Natasha Andrea Oon have been named Mountain West Co-Women's Golfers of the Week for tournaments through Feb. 26. This is the third MW golfer of the month/week accolade for Arevalo and second for Oon.

ABEGAIL AREVALO, SAN JOSÉ STATE
Senior, Manila, Philippines / Southville International School
- Helped lead San José State to a first-place finish in The Gold Rush. The Spartans carded a nine-over 873, three shots ahead of No. 38 Georgia.
- Playing at the 6,169-yard Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach, California, shot a two-under 214 to share medalist honors with teammate Natasha Andrea Oon.
- Averaged 71.3 shots per round on her way to her second individual title of the season.
- In the second round, recorded a 67, making five birdies and 13 pars. This was the third single-round 67 of her collegiate career.
NATASHA ANDREA OON, SAN JOSÉ STATE
Freshman, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia / Cempaka Schools
- Helped lead San José State to a first-place finish in The Gold Rush. The Spartans carded a nine-over 873, three shots ahead of No. 38 Georgia.
- Playing at the 6,169-yard Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach, California, shot a two-under 214 to share medalist honors with teammate Abegail Arevalo.
- This was her second collegiate individual victory in six tournaments.
- Averaged 71.3 shots per round during The Gold Rush.
- Entered the final round in fifth place, before shooting a two-under 70 to take the top spot.
