Coral Springs, Fla.—A school-record four San José State women's golfers have been named a Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar for the 2019-20 season.
Natasha Andrea Oon and Antonia Malate received the honor for the second consecutive year, while Kajsa Arwefjäll and Jadan Gonzalez were honored after their first season at the school. The four are the most honored in one season since the 1991 season when three Spartans received the distinction (Eva Dahlback, Tracy Hanson, Ninni Sterner).
Oon was the 2019-20 Mountain West Women's Golfer of the Year and honorable mention WGCA All-America honoree. Malate and Arwefjäll were second team All-MW honorees. Gonzalez competed in four tournaments during the season and had her best finish at the Juli Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational.
They are four of 1,401 women's collegiate golfers recognized with this honor. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50.

The Women's Golf Coaches Association, founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization representing women's collegiate golf coaches. The WGCA was formed to encourage the playing of college golf for women in correlation with a general objective of education and in accordance with the highest tradition of intercollegiate competition.
