SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San José State women's basketball team (3-13, 0-5 Mountain West) will take a two game road trip to play two games in four days. The Spartans first fly out to Colorado Springs to face Air Force on Saturday, January 22 at 2:00 p.m. and then back to Albuquerque for a rescheduled contest with the University of New Mexico at 5:30 p.m. Both games will be streamed live on the Mountain West Network.
The January 22 game at UNM is from December 28. The contest was postponed due to COVID-19 related concerns within the San José State women's basketball program.
- Senior Cydni Lewis leads the Spartans with an average of 11.9 points and 7.5 rebounds per game
- Ella Ogier had back-to-back near 20 point performances against Fresno State, scoring 18 and 19, respectively, and most recently put up 12 points against UNLV on Jan. 19
- Ogier is averaging 11.3 ppg
- The Spartans come off a home loss to UNLV
- Meghan Oberg led the Spartans for the fourth time this season with 14 points
- Oberg tallied a career-high 19 points (6-of-7 FG) with 15 pts in the first half against Fresno State (Jan.15)
- Riley Snyder is leading the Falcons in scoring with 14.5 points per game
- Three Falcons are averaging in double figures: Snyder, Cierra Winters (11.4), Briana Autrey-Thompson (10.9)
- Haley Jones is averaging 8.6 rpg as the team's top rebounder (3rd in the Mountain West)
- Winters is leading the conference in steals with 52
- Air Force ranks 2nd in the Mountain West in scoring defense

New Covid Entry Policy:
- All personnel with a SJSU Tower ID (students, staff and faculty) will only have to show Tower ID and ticket for entry
- Tower ID holders are within the SJSU Covid protocols
- Those without a Tower ID will be required to show proof of vaccination with their card, a photo on their phone or QR code
- Fans that are not vaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test (Age 3 and up)
- For Antigen tests, negative result of COVID test must be within 24 hours
- For PCR tests, negative result of COVID test must be within 48 hours
- The antigen test can include a take-home test, sold at Walgreens, CVS and other pharmacies
Mask Policy:
- Fans are required to wear masks indoors at all times unless actively eating or drinking
