SAN JOSÉ, Calif. – Cydni Lewis led San José State (4-20, 1-12 Mountain West) in a 84-64 loss to the University of Wyoming (12-10, 8-5 Mountain West) inside the Provident Credit union Event Center on Monday night. Lewis notched a double double with 16 points and 12 rebounds.

- Lewis earned her fourth double double of the season
- Ella Ogier shot 6-9 from the field and 2-3 from 3-point and a perfect 5-5 from the charity stripe for a team high 19 points
- Meghan Oberg added 10 points
- Sidney Richards scored eight points and grabbed two rebounds
- The Sparans bested the Cowgirls on the offensive glass 10-7
- The Spartans closed the end of the third quarter on a 10-0 run over 3+ minutes
- Wyoming shot 82% (9-for-11) from behind the arc in the opening 20 minutes and 60 percent on the game
NEXT UP: The Spartans take a two-game road trip to face San Diego State on Wednesday, February 16 and UNLV on Saturday, February 19, before returning home to host Air Force on Wednesday, February 23 at 11:00 a.m. for SJSU Day at the Event Center. Tickets can be purchased here.
New COVID Entry Policy:

- Tower ID holders are within the SJSU Covid protocols
- Those without a Tower ID will be required to show proof of vaccination with their card, a photo on their phone or QR code
- Fans that are not vaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test (Age 3 and up)
- For Antigen tests, negative result of COVID test must be within 24 hours
- For PCR tests, negative result of COVID test must be within 48 hours
- The antigen test can include a take-home test, sold at Walgreens, CVS and other pharmacies
Mask Policy:
- Fans are required to wear masks indoors at all times unless actively eating or drinking
