vs. Alaska Anchorage - This is the first time the teams have competed against each other since March 8, 2020, at Denver in what eventually was the final meet of the COVID-shortened season. The two teams face each other one more time this year at the MPSF Championships.
vs. Texas Woman's - The Spartans last competed against Texas Woman's during the 2016 when the Pioneers visited San Jose.

  • For the second consecutive week, two Spartans were honored by the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation as Jada Mazury and Alexa Solomon were named the MPSF Gymnast and Specialist of the Week, respectively, for their performances against Air Force last week.
  • One of the oldest school records in the book, the Spartan bars team set a new record with a 49.350 against Air Force on February 11. The old record of 49.325 was set at the 2004 MPSF Championships. No Spartan scored below a 9.825 on the bars, and Jada Mazury and Alexa Solomon each scored a 9.900 to lead the team. Jaudai Lopes, Lauren Macpherson and Emma Milne each had a 9.850, while Katherine Weyhmiller added a season-best 9.825.
  • Performing just her fifth beam routine as a Spartan, freshman Katherine Weyhmiller won her first beam title with a season- best 9.900 against Air Force on February 11. With this score, she became just the 10th Spartan in school history to record a 9.900 on beam.
