- The Spartans lost the number-two and three doubles matches as UNLV captured the doubles point.
- Alba Pedrero Galindo and Lara Marco Mas were tied 5-5 in doubles before the point was clinched.
- Pedrero Galindo won her first singles set 6-0, fell 7-5 in the second set and was preparing to play her third set when UNLV won.
San José State returns home next weekend for the final matches at the Spartan Tennis Complex for the 2021-22 season. The team hosts Fresno State on Friday, April 8, and Nevada on Sunday, April 10. Both days begin with doubles starting at noon.
