GREENSBORO, N.C. - Charles McAdoo was named to the 2022 ABCA/Rawlings West All-Region Second Team, announced by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) on Wednesday. McAdoo is the first Spartan to make the ABCA/Rawlings West All-Region Team since Andrew Mitchel made the second team in 2018 and the fifth Spartan overall to be named to the ABCA/Rawlings West All-Region Team.
McAdoo set a new single-season school record by reaching base safely in 44 consecutive games and helped lead the Spartans to a 30 win season for the first time since 2011 and a place in the Mountain West Championship game for the first time ever.
