STANFORD, Calif. - The San José State doubles pairing of Lara Marco Mas and Alba Pedrero Galindo won their round of 32 match on Saturday at the ITA Northwest Regionals.

• Marco Mas/Pedrero Galindo defeated Simran Chhabra/Qianer Qiu (University of San Francisco) in the main draw, 8-3.
• In the first round on Friday, they defeated Varya Zlotnik/Velizara Fileva (Santa Clara), 8-7 (7-4).
• Rozalina Youseva reached the round of 32 in the main singles draw where she was eliminated by Valentina Ivanov (Cal Berkeley), 7-5, 0-6, 0-6.
• The Spartans won four out of their five consolation singles matches on Saturday.

Up Next: Marco Mas and Pedrero Galindo will play their round of 16 match tomorrow morning (October 16th) at 10 a.m.
